Artist cancellation - Tracking
- If the artist needs to cancel or reschedule their tracking session within 72 hours of session start date, we will find the next available date within 30 days of cancelled date. Deposit will be carried to updated session date
- If artist is unable to reschedule within 30 days of canceled session, deposit may be voided and a further deposit will be required for an additional booking
- If engineer (Andy) is unable to find a date within 30 days of canceled session, then the next available date will be booked and the deposit will still apply to the rescheduled session.
- If engineer (Andy) needs to cancel session due to unforeseen circumstances (illness etc) The next available tracking date as close to within 30 days possible will be booked and the deposit will move with the session reschedule
- If the artist decides to cancel mixing after mix V1 is done, the artist may be required to pay a cancellation fee of 60% of the outstanding mixing balance*. Artist is still responsible for settling most recent mixing version balance.
- If the artist cancels after mixing has started, the artist is entitled only to the most recent MP3 file of the song mix version. Any songs that do not have premaster approval from both artist and engineer are unsuitable for release and may not be shared publically.
- If artist decides to end mixing process before V3, they are entitled to any outstanding revisions within 90 days of final payment. After the 90 day period, artists will be charged an addition fee to revisit mixes.
